    Monday, August 23, 2010 - Wow...what a unique expression of Cabernet Sauvignon! Unlike any cab I've tasted before. Appearance was dark ruby and violet colored which gave the appearance of a medium bodied wine. On the nose the wine had strong plum and black cherry fruits with hints of licorice. Upon tasting the wine notes of sweet plum stroke the palate followed by waves of cherry, currant and sweet fig. This wine was silky and smooth with velvety soft tannins. It has a very long sweet finish that hung on the palate for 30 seconds. What an experience!
